Purpose:
To ensure the commissioning work meets the Project objectives by conducting all necessary supervision of commissioning activities, development , preparation and execution work; monitoring Mechanical Completion and Pre-commissioning activities associated with water treatment, steam & condensate generation scope.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
To aid the Project achieve its objectives by:
Ensuring necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed.
Attending reviews for commissioning and preparation for start-up requirements.
Performing walkdown and following the punch list clearance for fuel gas, sour water, water treatment, steam generation & condensate recovery and associated systems .
Taking responsibilities to carry commissioning activities such as steam blowing, boil-out and dry-out of steam boiler, lube oil flushing, dynamic tests of rotating equipment’s (blowers, pumps & compressors).
Attending N2He Leak Testing of all Critical Systems Prior to Introduction of Hydrocarbons.
Supervise with Production dept. (P&M) import of dry gas for commissioning activities completion and preparation for boiler start-up (Introduction of hydrocarbons).
Oversee all necessary commissioning preparation work (monitoring preservation, monitoring of mechanical
completion and pre-commissioning activities, commissioning temporaries, etc).
Assist System Engineer to review commissioning procedures, commissioning dossiers, functional test and all other tasks related to commissioning works.
Overseeing specialist sub-contractors carrying specific commissioning tasks.
Ensure all necessary RoK Permits, Licenses and other Compliance requirements are in place prior to commencement of any commissioning activities.
Ensure acceptable Formal Handovers to Operator are prepared.
Participate in and assist with the co-ordination of the Project’s performance test(s).
Contribute to the Commissioning Group’s improvement process and close-out report
Ensure all process related works for the facilities are in accordance with project specifications and making sure they are maintained in order to safeguard technical integrity
Manage/Supervise P&M (SP1 & 2) and CSC personnel in equipment commissioning
Provide commissioning team with technology requirements for engineering applications
Provide technical support to the project on commissioning, operating procedures and troubleshooting
Applying engineering technical expertise related to design, specification and operation of facilities
Contributing to Commissioning support for Start-up within the ICAT.
Reviewing commissioning deliverables issued by Contractors and Suppliers

Qualifications & Experience:
