SALES MANAGER ,USA (Station in Singapore)

Responsibilities:

-Responsible to achieve sales target for each region (have good networks and contacts in the appointed region).
-Effective sales activities and action plan to achieve, sales objectives, sales revenues and gross margin.
-Identify and anticipate future consumer/product trends, translate that information to develop future sales.
-Innovation, new product introductions and categories expertise across the appointed region.
-Develop and implement the appointed region, the commercial policy to achieve commercial objectives in the region (sales budget, cost budget, gross margin budget and other targets).
-Have knowledge in developing and Execution of A&P activities
-Provide visible and active local support for the sales and marketing approach in the region.
-Ready to take responsibilities for the assigned countries base on best fit within the appointed region.
-Ready to execute sales for the respective countries been assigned.
-Build and manage a highly engaged country’s sales team
-Supervise credit/market risk; giving inputs on credit limits for customers in the region.
-Analyze the competitive situation/market evolution.
-Set goals for new business developments. Monitor projects to ensure goals are accomplished. Actively support category management activities in the region.
-Participate in appointed region, commercial projects.
-Directly handle a set of customers that could include some key accounts.
-Develop the existing export markets and new exports markets.



Requirements:

-5 years working experience in coffee industry or FMCG in the region stated as above market
-3 – 5 years sales or management experience.
-Proven effective negotiation skills, determined and skilled negotiator.
-Proven team leadership ability, ability to lead and influence a team to achieve common goals.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
-Good in computer skills in all programs.
-Able to understand the appointed countries languages.
