Business Development Director (North America)

Key Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain accounts with global telecom/handset manufacturers/ISP/music labels/ media companies/ top-notch licensors in relation to mobile entertainment applications, business applications, TV products and backend technology
* Maintain high level contacts with the company’s existing / potential clients
* Serve regional clients located in US, Canada and Latin America regions
* Financial responsibilities
* Establish and define strategy to reach the year-to-year regional financial targets
* Optimize customer satisfaction and the profitability of contracted services
* Account Management
* Ensure delivery of products and completion of contracts
* Staff Management and Reporting
* Coordinate with different overseas offices for business development related activities
* Oversee and monitor the division staff in the US office to achieve the pre-defined year-to-year targets
* Report to the CEO and VP Business Development at the headquarters in Hong Kong


Requirements

* University degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Business or related disciplines.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in handling corporate customers or regional clients.
* Proven track records in sales turnover.
* Knowledge and experiences in telecom industry/media industry/ ISP will definitely be an advantage
* Passionate, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
* Strong planning, selling, and negotiation skills
